Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Polynesian Cultural Center's Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:
1.1 The Program is open to individuals who are eligible and interested in referring the Polynesian Cultural Center, provided they meet all the participation requirements.

Program Overview:
2.1 The Program allows participants ("Members") to refer friends, family members, or colleagues ("Referrals") to purchase a package from the Polynesian Cultural Center ("The Center").
2.2 Members will receive a reward as specified in the Program if the Member meets the requirements outlined in these terms and conditions.

Referral Process:
3.1 Members can refer Referrals by sharing their unique referral link or code, provided by our company, through email, social media, or any other acceptable means.
3.2 Referrals must use the unique referral link or code provided by the Referrer when purchasing a package from The Center.
3.3 The Referral must use the purchased package by attending the Polynesian Cultural Center, using their tickets for admission, and complying with The Center's terms and conditions for attendance.

Program Rewards:

4.1 The specific rewards offered for successful referrals will be communicated through Program materials or on our website.
4.2 Referrals will only be eligible for a reward if the Referral purchases a package with a minimum value of $250 from The Center using the Member's unique referral link or code and subsequently attends The Center by using their purchased tickets.
4.3 The Member will receive a $15 gift card for both themselves and their Referral once the Referral meets the purchase requirement of $250 or more.
4.4 This program and its rewards are only eligible for orders placed on The Center's official website (polynesia.com).

Compliance and Restrictions:
5.1 Members must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities to obtain referrals or rewards. Such activities may result in disqualification from the Program and potential legal consequences.
5.2 Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when participating in the Program.
5.3 Members may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn additional rewards.

Modification and Termination:
6.1 Our company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.
6.2 In the event of Program termination, Members and Referrals will be notified in advance regarding the termination date, and any pending rewards will be processed as per the Program terms and conditions in effect at the time of termination.

Personal Data:
7.1 Our company will collect and process personal data of Members and Referrals in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program, including but not limited to the referral process or the provision or use of rewards.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States of America, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the state, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
